As a result of our sincere desire to base all medical decisions on what is best for you, not what is best for the insurance company, we do not participate with health insurance and do not contract with Medicare or Medicaid. This allows us to set reasonable and predictable prices and to be transparent about our pricing. Please see our pricing list below.

| New Patient Consultation (In-person or video*) – requires $100 deposit at time of scheduling to hold appointment time slot that will go toward visit fee, deposit is nonrefundable for no-show or late cancellation within 24 hours of appointment | $300 |
